In the video of the incident, Philippine Coast guard made warning shots many times and the fisherman's boat did not listen that warning. The boat keep on moving, maybe escaping.
i'm really pissed. Kaya naiinis lang ako sa Pilipinas at ang sistema nitong bulok.
